Booking Policy for Online Consultation Sessions 1. Booking Confirmation - All bookings will be confirmed via email. Please ensure that your email address is accurate to receive booking details and reminders. 2. Rescheduling Policy - You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. To reschedule, please use the link provided in your confirmation email or contact us directly. 3. Cancellation Policy - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will not be eligible for a refund. - To cancel your appointment, please use the cancellation link in your confirmation email or contact us directly. 4. Late Arrivals - If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. Sessions will still end at the scheduled time, regardless of the late start, to avoid delays for other clients. - If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be considered a no-show and will be subject to the cancellation policy. 5. No-Show Policy - If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, the session will be considered a no-show. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. 6. Technical Issues - Ensure you have a stable internet connection for the online session. If technical issues arise from our end, we will reschedule the session at no additional cost to you. - If you encounter technical difficulties that prevent you from joining the session, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate and reschedule based on availability. 7.
